The Eastchester Blue Devils is a member organization of Pop Warner Little Scholars, as well as U.S. Lacrosse. Both are national organizations which seek to develop well rounded young men and women who learn not only the fundamentals of football, lacrosse, and cheerleading, but also the greater importance of education, in an atmosphere conducive to developing a sound mind, and body. The Eastchester Blue Devils Organization is committed to these principles for all our youth participants.
Our organization measures its success not with how many wins or losses we have but in how well we instill into our children the values that are right and good about youth sports, such as:

ON THE FIELD OF PLAY THESE ARE THE GOALS THAT ALL OUR MEMBERS, COACHES, AND VOLUNTEERS ARE STRIVING TO TEACH ALL OF OUR CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF THEIR AGE, SEX, SIZE, OR PHYSICAL ABILITIES ALL WHILE OUR CHILDREN ARE HAVING FUN.

OFF THE FIELD OF PLAY WE ENCOURAGE AND EMPHASIZE TO OUR LITTLE SCHOLARS THAT THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEIR EDUCATION IN THE CLASSROOM. WE PROMOTE SCHOOL WORK FIRST AND SPORTS SECOND, BUT IF WE COACH OUR CHILDREN RIGHT AND TEACH THE GOALS LISTED ABOVE OUR CHILDREN WILL SUCCEED ANYWHERE THEY COMPETE IN LIFE.
